RideUnited is a boutique fitness studio that offers indoor cycling, strength training, and hybrid classes in Winston-Salem and Greensboro, NC.

In addition, we combine music, expert coaching, and real-time performance metrics to help you track progress and stay motivated.

Most importantly, at RideUnited, you don’t just work out—you join a community built on energy, accountability, and results.

Do you offer New Guest discounts?

We keep our New Guest offers at full value because we believe in showing up for yourself and fully experiencing RideUnited.

After your first New Guest purchase, you can apply that amount toward your next purchase. You cannot use this credit toward another New Guest offer or a Drop-In.

Are RideUnited classes beginner-friendly??

Yes—RideUnited welcomes all fitness levels.

Even if you’ve never taken a spin class before, our instructors guide you through every step.

Additionally, you can adjust intensity at any time, so you stay in control of your workout. RideUnited prides itself on creating a welcoming environment for first-time riders. Our instructors focus on encouragement, education, and motivation so every rider feels comfortable and confident.

What should I expect for my first spin class at RideUnited?

When you walk into your first RideUnited class, we guide you every step of the way.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • We set up your bike for you
  • Your instructor walks you through the ride
  • You follow simple cues throughout class
  • You track your performance with real-time metrics

As a result, you’ll feel confident and supported from start to finish.

RideUnited classes are designed to be accessible to all fitness levels, and guidance is provided throughout the class with options for varying intensity. RideUnited prides itself on creating a welcoming environment for first-time riders. Our instructors focus on encouragement, education, and motivation so every rider feels comfortable and confident.

How early should I arrive for my first ride?

Arrival is recommended 15 minutes before the first class. During this time, the following will be completed:

  • Introduction to the studio experience
  • Bike setup and adjustments
  • Explanation of performance metrics
Does RideUnited offer Memberships and Packages?

Yes. RideUnited offers several flexible options including:

  • Monthly Unlimited Memberships (Monthly and minimum commitment options)
  • 5 Class / Monthly Membership (Monthly and minimum commitment options)
    • Unused rides can be rolled over to use in the following paid month upon your request
  • And Introductory offers for New Guests

Memberships provide the best value for riders who attend classes regularly. Plus various benefits for Unlimited Members (Discounted Guest Passes, $25 Credit towards merchandise, and two hour class booking window for late cancellations). All Memberships require a 30 day notice of cancellation. You cannot cancel a frozen membership.

RideUnited offers flexible class packs so riders can attend classes at their own pace without a recurring membership.

  • 5 Class Pack: Two month expiration
  • 10 Class Pack: Three month expiration
  • 20 Class Pack (Can share with another guest): Three month expiration
  • 100 Class Pack: One year expiration
Late Cancellations, No Shows, and Membership Cancellations?

  • Membership Cancellation: Must submit an emailed 30 Day Notice of Cancellation to support@rideunitedstudios.com
  • Late Cancellations: $15 and you will get your credit back – We can only assist with removing guests from class is if there is an emergency or unavoidable situation. It is recommended to book your class on the way to class if there is a chance of needing to late cancel
    • Windows:
      • For Unlimited Members, you can cancel up two (2) hours before the start of class
      • All Other Guests, you can cancel up to eight (8) hours before the start of class
  • No Show: $20 and you will get your credit back

RideUnited uses performance tracking metrics in every ride to help you measure progress.

These metrics help riders track improvement and train smarter over time.

We also are big believers in community collaboration where we offer partner discounts, host private rides, and consistently support the community through our RideUnited Giving classes. What is RideUnited (RU) Giving?
