Delaney Drechsler
Delaney was born and raised in Upstate NY and moved to Winston Salem in 2019. She immediately fell in love with the Ride United community and began instructing in 2021.
Delaney’s primary goal as an instructor is to create an inclusive environment where riders of all levels feel empowered, supported, and challenged. Her class playlists feature all genres, but you can expect to hear plenty of rock and EDM in every class.
Outside of the studio, Delaney works as a Physician Assistant and as a faculty member at the Wake Forest School of Medicine. On the weekend, you can catch her at one of downtown’s many coffee shops with her husband, JM, and her daughter, Lucy.
