I grew up around Winston-Salem and have been teaching indoor cycling for a little over 4 years! With a background in education, I love encouraging people to believe in themselves. My favorite thing about RideUnited is the community — there’s nothing quite like the joy and empowerment we feel within the studio walls.
In my classes, you’ll hear a little bit of everything, but Taylor Swift and some dark, moody beats are always guaranteed! Off the bike, you’ll find me reading, at the beach, or spending time with my dog, Tigger — usually with an Alani energy drink in hand.
